About

My passion for visual art started when I was little more than a kid and instantly became my life. For the first few years, I mainly worked on lettering and graffiti art and only during the last years of high I started focussing on concept art and illustration. Right after High School, I decided to start pursuing my passion to a higher level. Hence I started the International School of Comics, with the intention of continuing illustration. Due to the dynamism and fluidity of my drawings, all the lectures agreed that animation was a great match for my abilities and suggested for me to pursue that. During the next three years, I’ve been trained by claimed professionals on everything related to traditional animation, from concept art to rough animation, to clean up. Concluding the third year by working on a school production, which has taught me, among other things, how to be methodical and organised during production, as well as further giving insights into the processes of it. After graduating, I moved to Barcellona where after working for a while as a screen printer, I quickly started freelancing as Designer and Illustrator for local companies. During my stay, I also managed to get financed to produce a short animated video, which served as the advertisement for a company in the Marijuana industry (which is legal in Barcelona), and has been shown in front of thousands of people at the event “Spannabis 2017”. This has given me the chance to apply even better all the production knowledge I had collected at university. In May 2017 I co-founded a registered limited company in the UK named “Genkapp Limited”, a start-up animation and video games company producing only original products, designed by myself and the other co-founder. I worked crazy hours on concept art and character design and had the chance of collaborating with, and leading, a team of professional artists, some of them with a decade of experience in their fields. This has also taught me about professionality and gave me a much deeper understanding of how a company works, hence enabling me to understand better how to deliver for it, as well as making me develop a corporate mentality while still being able to be creative. Due to our young age and to the fact that we had no money to invest to keep the project running, we had to stop running the project after six months of working crazy hours with no days off. After that I decided to move to London to take my professional life to a higher level, here I started selling my artwork to Tattoo Shops and started collaborating on many projects involving the fashion industry, I’ve also begun working with a clothing brand which uses my artwork exclusively. After these very diverse experiences in the field of art, I am now ready to take my professional life to the next step, hence the decision to stop freelancing and looking for a steady job in a good company. I’m looking for a company that can make me grow both on a professional and a personal level, what I am offering is creativity,
as well as passion and extreme dedication.
